Gayle Hillman, a native of Connecticut, has worked in the Substance Abuse field for 20 years. She has worked tirelessly in the ministry of treating, educating and encouraging individuals with alcohol and/or drug problems. She received her B.A. in Addiction Studies (Christian Counseling) and she is a LCDC (Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor) and is also a Certified Anger Resolution Therapist (C.A.R.T.). Gayle provides drug treatment and anger management services to participants at Homeward Bound, Inc. here in Dallas, TX. Her commitment to working with individuals with substance abuse issues, gained recognition in the form of a Resolution presented by the ADAMH (The Alcohol, Drug and Mental Health Board of Franklin County, Ohio) for her work with participants in a Therapeutic Community. She is the founder of Freedom to Change, an agency focusing on providing various types of Drug, Life Skills and Anger Management services to educate and empower individuals who want to change their lives. Gayle is a very proud member of Christian Chapel Temple of Faith, where JESUS IS THE MAIN ATTRACTION! Gayle’s life experiences, has made her confident in her belief in Philippians 4:13: “I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me” (KJV).
  Deneice Chavez has lived in the DFW metroplex since 1969 and currently lives in Irving, Texas with her husband Kenny Chavez and dog Buddy. She has 2 grown sons, one in Irving and one in Mesquite along with 4 grandchildren. She has spent the past 6 years as an Accounting Manager for private companies. She was also a Realtor in the Dallas area for 10 years prior. Deneice began her professional career as Office Manager for an audio video production company, after 7 years she moved to a national audio visual staging company as their Production Coordinator and Department Manager where she remained for 6 years. Those who know Deneice, know her to have integrity and be trustworthy. In 2016, Deneice was honored to be asked to join Grace Unlimited!
  Randy Hopkins has spent a lifetime of taking care of and helping others through his career at Southwest Airlines. His time at “The Airline with a Heart” has always focused on putting people first, connecting them to the important things in their lives. Randy hopes to use these same traits with Grace Unlimited, connecting those who served with the resources and services important to them.

A lifelong Texas resident, Randy grew up in Harlingen, before attending SW Texas state in San Marcus and Texas A&I in Kingsville. Hired by Southwest Airlines in Harlingen, Randy worked in several cities before settling in the DFW area in the late 1970’s. With two grown children that live in the area, Randy’s son is an U.S. Army reservist veteran who served a tour in Kuwait. When not at work, Randy enjoys spending time with his family, including five grandchildren and extended family. Randy also enjoys riding his motorcycle around the country and Texas with friends.

  Danielle Keath is a person in long term recovery and a certified peer mentor/peer recovery coach. She provides case management services for a residential women’s substance abuse treatment facility. She is a devout Christian and a member of Watermark church. She has a strong passion for helping people. Her Father is also an inspiration for her with this organization since he is a Vietnam Veteran who has battled with an alcohol addiction and has now been clean for over 12 years. When she was offered to be a member of the board for Grace Unlimited she was super excited to jump right in and tackle anything that may arise.
  Kelly Briggs is an Overcomer. She has been in long term recovery for 10 years and has now dedicated her life to helping other addicts regain their lives back. She has worked in the substance abuse field for 4 years and is currently the case manager of a Sober Living transitional house. Kelly has earned her Associates degree in Criminal Justice as well as her licensed Chemical Dependency Certificate and is now working toward her LCDCi hours as a Counselor intern. She is also a State certified International Peer Recovery Coach and has been coaching peers for several years. Kelly works hard to motivate and empower individuals to overcome their personal obstacles to improve their quality of life and overcome their addictions using clinically tested and evidence-based interventions. It is an honor being able to work with our veterans and help them gain back control of their lives.
